Many people think that growing a startup and creating new products is an intuition, or the genius of an inventor, a fluke or unexpected inspiration – but it’s not. Growing startups is a fairly technologically advanced way. And it is not only about creating a product, finding an engineering solution, but also about commercial success and sales that begin when there’s even no engineering solution yet.

New products are created by technology start-ups – these are companies that are not yet businesses to receive revenue from the product, but are no longer teams of enthusiasts involved in inventions. These are companies whose main goal is to increase their value by developing new products and developing demand for them in order to convert this value into a price at the time of their own sale.

The creation of new products is not a story about the result, luck or success, it is a story about the process and achievements, everyday work and advancement in the development of the project one new step. At the same time, it would be nice to have a cheat sheet, or an instruction that will tell you what needs to be done in order to eventually reach the intended goal as early as possible, capitalizing along the way, and not wasting all the resources used for the project. So what is needed for this? First of all – the team.
In the infographic below, let’s take a look at the “main characters”.
