They work with a ton of high quality sites such as Envato, Weatherzone, Broadsheet, Ozbargain, Willyweather, Readers Digest and 100’s more. In fact, if you look at their sellers.json file you can see all the publishers using the platform. They are not a chop shop and have a full C-Level team along with engineers, account managers and sales represenitives.

Publift is a Google Certified partner and founded by ex Google employees who realized that publishers in the AU/NZ regions were way behind in programmatic technology and needed a partner to come up in and increase their revenue. One of the best things we like about their website is their Publisher Resources section, which has in depth articles about monetization topics.

Key Features of Publift

Features of Publift

Fuse Programmatic Advertising Platform

The team at Publift has created their own proprietary adtech technology that allows users to ditch multiple scripts, partners, reporting and platforms. All the features are contained in one easy to use plug and play solution.

Header and Exchange Bidding

If you work with Publift you can expect to have all the latest programmatic monetization technologies such as header bidding and Google Exchange Bidding (EBDA) This will significantly increase competition for every impression

Brand Safe and Transparent

They really do not like low quality ads and take precautions to ensure only brand safe and premium advertisements show up in your ad units. They even have a tool called Adwizard, a chrome extention that allows publishers to block any ads you don’t like in real time.

Private Marketplace Deal Management

Private Marketplace deals are high value and often very hard for a publisher to execute themselves without adtech knowledge. Publift makes it easy by taking care of the process for you and connecting their own exclusive PMP deals.

Reporting Automation

Hare fumbling around in excel all day? They have you covered with their automated reporting platform where you can see revenue and granular data all from one dashboard.

Ad Layout Optimization

It can be very difficult for a publisher to know what the right balance of ads and content should be along with the highest performing locations. Through extensive testing, Publift will hand design the perfect and most profitable ad layout experience for each site while preserving user experience.

Onboarding Process?

To become one of their publishers, you need to go through a quick vetting process so they can verify your traffic and make sure you have enough volume to justify inclusion. Once accepted, there is roughly a 2 week process where they set up all your ad units, connect demand to your site and come up with an overall game plan.

Publift Payment Proof?

They will issue your payment through a bank transfer in whatever currency you choose. Google AdX revenue will be send every 30 days and earnings from all other ad networks they connect to your demand every 3 months. This is because they are getting paid at different (and longer) intervals from the additional header bidding networks.

Conclusion – are they worth it?

Yes they are a really good monetization company for any publisher to consider working with and the testominials of tier 1 publishers, proprietary technology and the fact that they are a Google Certified Publisher partner prove it.
